Q. What is the Chapel's square footage?A. 900 square feet with a large exterior wooded area.
Q. What are the chapel’s features?
A. Handcrafted wood floors, white walls and rafters, eight large windows that flood the space with natural light.
Q. What makes the space unique?A. The chapel’s historic character, combined with its open, light-filled interior, creates an atmosphere suited to both ceremony and creative work.
Q. What types of events does the chapel host?A. Intimate weddings and elopements, workshops, yoga and wellness classes, photography sessions, bridal and baby showers, and birthday celebrations.
Q. Can we host our ceremony and reception outdoors?Yes. The wooded area outside features string lights in the trees, creating a beautiful ambiance for outdoor celebrations
Q. What parking is available?A. Parking for up to 6 cars is provided at the chapel. Additional parking is located directly across the road.
Q. Does the chapel have climate control?A. Not currently. The space relies on natural ventilation and seasonal temperatures.
Q. Are there bathroom facilities on-site?A.Not yet. We recommend Reeve’s for porta-potty rental.
Q. Is the chapel wheelchair accessible?A. The chapel is not fully wheelchair accessible at this time, but we’re happy to make accommodations where possible. Please inquire about your specific needs.
Q. Do you work exclusively with preferred vendors?A. We have trusted professionals that we frequently work with, but we’re always happy to collaborate and meet with new vendors.
Q. Does the venue provide catering?A. Food and drinks are not included with venue rental. We highly recommend Epicurean Delight Catering.
Q. Is alcohol permitted?A. Yes. Bartending services are available upon request.
Q. Where is the Chippy Chapel located?A. Yes. Julie, the chapel’s owner, is ordained and available to perform wedding ceremonies for an additional fee.
